Identity of R.A.B Revealed? (spoiler)

According to an article on the Portugese website Nimbus Network, the person responsible for the translation and co-ordination of the Harry Potter series, Isabel Nunes, has been told by J. K. Rowling the identity of the mysterious R.A.B., who found the original locket that Voldemort used as a Horcrux.

If you do not wish to know the identity before it is revealed in book seven then stop reading now!!!!

I do not know if this article is accurate, of course, but as there has been a huge amount of speculation regarding the identity of the mysterious person, then I throw this into the ring as support for those like me who favour the most popular guess.

As most devoted fans would have guessed by now R.A.B. is the brother of Sirius Black - Regulus Arcturus Black. This was apparently revealed to Isabel Nunes and other translators by J.K.R's agent. This will not come as a huge surprise to most fans.

I still can't wait to read it for myself in book seven!!! Believe nothing until J. K. Rowling writes it down - in a book!! Hurry up Jo!!!
