Rowling Answers More Potter Questions

Author JK Rowling, during her final appearance at Radio City Music Hall last night, answered several more questions about the final book in the Harry Potter series, and also confirmed that Dumbledore is "definitely" dead.

Rowling, along with authors Stephen King and John Irving, hosted another 6,000 people as they read from their books to raise money for charity.

Rowling was brought on stage by Kathy Bates, who said that the Harry Potter author had created "readers for life." A fan in the audience actually called out "Don't kill Harry!" when J.K. appeared on stage, to which the author responded: "Oh, no pressure then."

Rowling then answered various questions for the fans, who found out that:
- If Rowling could bring a character to life, other than Harry, it would be Hagrid

- There's more to Aunt Petunia than meets the eye
- Dumbledore is definitely dead

- If Rowling could host a diner for five of her own characters (alive or dead), she would invite
Harry ("to apologize to him"), Ron, Hermione, Dumbledore and Hagrid ("because he wouldn’t take up too much space”).

Rowling also said that there were to be plot twists in book 7 that she didn't think anyone has already or could possibly guess about, and that she'd thought of a new title for the book while in the shower that morning.

Now that's exciting news... bring it on!!! :o)

I was at Radio City also. It was so very exciting and my friend got her book signed by King afterwards!! I was really intrigued by what Rowling had to "give away," especially announcing that Dumbledore was DEFINETLY dead.
