MTV is saying they will be premiering a new Half-Blood Prince video on the 21st of Febuary. It will be during a show called Spoilers (8:00pm EST). The main piece will be focussing on WB's upcoming superhero movie, Watchmen; but it's written that it will have 'Exclusive New Looks' at the upcoming Harry Potter film.
