Here's To The Underdog!!
Times Online has reported that Steve has been given 'permission' by Rowling's lawyers, to go through with his book, In Search of Harry Potter.
**edit**
Sorry all, Mr. Vander Ark let us know that what I had previously thought was the same book from the original court battle, was not. This is a different book (which was apparently also tried to bring to a halt by JKR & crew). Description from Steve was this:
It's a travel memoir of my expeditions around Britain looking for locations similar to those in the books. What I discovered along the way is quite remarkable. I think fans everywhere will really enjoy the book.
--All the same, it does sound interesting. As most of us will Never get the chance to get to go such places in our lifetime. And we wish him the best with the book (as well as the case still tangled in the system).
Btw, to any interested, RDR has indeed filed an appeal, in the Harry Potter Lexicon case. You know the saying, if at first you don't succeed.
Cheers all!

In Search of Harry Potter isn't from the Lexicon website, actually. It's a travel memoir of my expeditions around Britain looking for locations similar to those in the books. What I discovered along the way is quite remarkable. I think fans everywhere will really enjoy the book.

As for the Lexicon book, the one from the website, well, we shall see what happens with that.
