Warwick Davis Discusses Potter 6 and 7

Warwick Davis, who portrays Professor Flitwick in the Harry Potter movies, discussed his role in the upcoming Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince as well as WB's decision to make two movies for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in a recent interview.

On the subject of HBP, Davis revealed that his character "seems to get involved in fun stuff now", that he's having an immensely enjoyable time and that "It’s a real honor to be a part of (movie) number 6."

As for Deathly Hallows and the decision to split the novel into two movies, Davis approves: "I think that’s a good idea because when you try and squeeze these quite lengthy novels into a two-hour movie, a two-and a half hour film there is gonna be stuff that’s left out. There’s so much in the last book, I think it’ll make two really good films. It’s worthy of that."
