New Book by J.K. Rowling Sold to Benefit Charity

According to this CBBC article, author J.K. Rowling's latest book, The Tales of Beedle the Bard, sold this morning at Sotheby's for £1,950,000 ($3,980,128.89). Rowling said she was both 'stunned and ecstatic'. All proceeds from the auction will benefit a charity called The Children's Voice.
