Tales of the Beedle Bard up for Auction
This of course done by Sotheby's. It says the following for this handwritten piece:

“The Tales of Beedle the Bard ” is a collection of wizarding fairy-tales of special significance manuscript within “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. ”
This is the most extensive Harry Potter-related autograph manuscript ever to have been offered at auction. One of seven specially-made copies, all other copies are to be given by the author to family and those most intimately involved with the phenomenally successful series.
Details of the manuscript:
Autograph manuscript of “The Tales of Beedle the Bard ” translated from the original runes by J.K. Rowling. Individually handwritten and extensively illustrated by the author, c.160 pages written in an Italian hand-made notebook, bound in brown morocco embellished on upper cover by Edinburgh silversmiths Hamilton and Inches, with five individually hand-chased hallmarked sterling silver ornaments and mounted moonstones.
Purchase the limited-edition catalogue:
A special 48 page commemorative catalogue for this unique item is being produced and will be available to purchase. The catalogue contains a message from the author about the creative inception of “The Tales of Beedle the Bard” plus images from the manuscript itself.
Profits from the sale of the catalogue will be donated to The Children’s Voice. The Children’s Voice campaign is a charity run by the Children’s High Level Group, which was co-founded in 2005 by JK Rowling and MEP Emma Nicholson.
