Update on the Peterborough Auction
The auction we spoke about in an earlier post took place yersterday, and here are the sales figures for the different Potter items that were up for bids: the original 'Quidditch World Cup Program' from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and signed by Daniel Radcliffe went for £2,000. The photo of Harry and Seamus, signed by Daniel and Devon Murray, sold for £150, and the autographed wand box used in the very first Harry Potter movie sold for £470.
The auction was MC'd by none other than Warwick Davis (Professor Flitwick) and all proceeds went to the Holme Village Pre-School in Peterborough (UK).
