Goblet of Fire Nominated for Hugo Award

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (the movie) has just been nominated for a Hugo Award (also known as the Science Fiction Achievement Award) in the Best Dramatic Presentation, Long Form category. Other films nominated in the same category include Batman Begins, Serenity, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, and Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit.

Goblet of Fire (the book) won the Hugo Award for Best Novel in 2001.

The Hugos will be awarded on the last night of the L.A.Con IV convention, taking place in Anaheim, California, in August 2006.
