Clive Anderson (host): here to tell us what it's like to be on the receiving end of Julie's maternal instincts, is a young man who at the age of 15 has already stared in two of the most successful British films ever made. Harry Potter's best friend, Ron Weasley, the Magical Rupert Grint.

Now my children are going to be so impressed that I've met you tonight. You've made my evening !

Rupert : Julie makes a wicked mum, not a wicked witch. Her magic inside the Weasley home is amazing. Dishes that wash themselves, jumpers that knit themselves. I've spent the last year trying to get my mum to learn some of Julie's secrets.

The coolest thing though is a clock that tells her where all the Weasley were. Which is great - unless you don't really want to tell her where you are. I was so excited and nervous when I learnt that Julie Walters was to play my mum. But not for long; she's funny and mad and puts everyone she works with at ease.

My official source confirmed for me this morning that Dan has NOT yet been cast for Order of the Phoenix and this is truly just a rumor. It is way too early to be thinking about the fifth film and they are really concentrating on the fourth film, and completing the third! No one is in discussion or negotiation for the fifth film at this time.Read more here

This is Bradford has an article on the Parvati/Padma open casting call currently going on in British schools. Casting director Shaheen Baig, is looking to fill two major roles in the third JK Rowling adaptation, "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire."

Sotheby's Auction of HP Books

As previously reported, Sotheby's in New York auctioned four Harry Potter books personally inscribed by the author. Prices ranged from $9660 for a copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone to $48,000 for Goblet of Fire; also auctioned were copies of Chamber of Secrets and Prisoner of Azkaban.

Other Harry Potter books are due to auction in London tomorrow. Neither JKR nor her father have commented publicly on the reasons for the sale.

Were auctioning through eBay International a FULL set of Harry Potter first editions which we had signed at the Prisoner of Azkaban party.

These books are the original UK deluxe versions which are first edition, first prints and are in perfect collectors condition.

Daniel: I never actually think of the fact that, yeah, millions of people have seen me grown up from the movies.

[All three Potter stars are full-fledged teenagers and you can see and hear the difference. (Pics of the three from SS NY Premiere, then pics from PoA, all smiling.)]

Rupert: (With a freaking adorable smile) My voice hadn't broken then, and now, it's pretty low.

Daniel: Who's grown the most? Rupert, without a shadow of a doubt.

Rupert: Yes, it's weird, it's really weird, and I don't feel that I've really changed, but when I look back at the other films, I was tiny.

From Geri at hpana - asked if Daniel was going anywhere cool for his holidays this time around - the answer was - "im not sure, wont be until at least Summer next year if we do, Im still filming until Christmas The Prisoner of Azkaban".
